Anyone familiar with local street art &#8212; or regular readers of this blog &#8212; would immediately recognize this as the work of <a href=\"https:\/\/fnnch.com\/\">fnnch.<\/a> But what was up with all the bears appearing at once? And why were they strapped to the utility poles instead of painted on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn&#8217;t have to wait long to find out, because <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ktvu.com\/news\/hundreds-of-honey-bear-signs-pop-up-in-san-francisco\">pretty<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/bayarea\/article\/San-Francisco-honey-bear-art-fnnch-street-artist-12534034.php\">much<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/hoodline.com\/2018\/01\/street-artist-sign-bombs-downtown-neighborhoods-with-450-honey-bears\">every<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/sf.curbed.com\/2018\/1\/29\/16945990\/fnnch-honey-bear-petition-san-francisco-art\">local<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.7x7.com\/fnnch-honey-bear-bomb-san-francisco-2529529206.html\">news<\/a> outlet covered the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To sum up an already short story, fnnch got a bunch of friends together to raise awareness of a petition to decriminalize certain types of street art.
