This is achieved with retro hairstyles, vintage barber chairs, and reams of flannel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Chron interview with F.S.C. Barber&#8217;s Sam Buffa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;This is about moving past the scraggly, long-haired hippie to something rugged and masculine and real,&#8221; says Buffa, who&#8217;s interrupted by a friend bringing a quiche from Tartine.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surprisingly it&#8217;s now possible to be rugged and masculine while eating $5 artisan quiche at the same time. So much for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Real_Men_Don%27t_Eat_Quiche\">Real Men Don&#8217;t Eat Quiche<\/a>.
